Sfera Modular SC32 ABS Natural Black is a 100% Made in Italy waste sorting container, made of recycled ABS and nylon regenerated from fishing nets. Thanks to its modular structure, the product can be configured according to your space and volume needs, combining a variable number of modules. Each of these is equipped with internal bag holders and can be fixed to the wall (the attachment is sold separately) to facilitate floor cleaning, especially in public spaces and offices.

What is the capacity of Sfera?
The basic version of Sfera, with a central compartment and two side compartments, has a total capacity of 120 liters. Just like a comfortable bathtub.
Which bags should I use for Sfera?
You can use the classic 55/60 litre bags that you find at the supermarket.
How do you replace the Sfera bag?
1. Lift the lid of Sfera from the part where you need to replace the bag. This will allow you to easily access the inside where the bag is located. 2. Remove the full bag as you would with a normal bin. 3. Take the new bag and insert it into the compartment of Sfera. Fix the ends of the bag on the rods, fitting them into the “X” shaped slots. Make sure that the bag is well positioned, so that it remains stable and does not come off easily.
Can I use Sfera for organic waste?
Sfera is designed primarily for use in public places, where a large amount of waste is generated and to ensure high hygiene standards. For this purpose, there are no portholes with closures, precisely to avoid direct contact with waste and to facilitate the management of discarded materials. For this reason, it is not recommended for organic waste. If you are looking for a container for organic waste, you can choose Ovetto.
Can I put Sfera outside?
Yes, Sfera can also be placed outside. It is made with UV protection, but it is not recommended to expose it to constant direct sunlight, since over time, like all plastics, it could discolor or undergo chromatic changes due to rain or temperature changes.
How long does Sfera last?
Sfera is designed to withstand frequent use even in public or crowded environments. The recycled plastic used is chosen for its durability, with an average life of 10 years.
Is the wall mount included in the price?
The wall mount is sold separately, you can find it in the Accessories section.
How do you clean Sfera?
We recommend using neutral and non-aggressive products for the external surface. For cleaning the interior, you can use any sanitizer.
Does the product arrive already assembled?
The Sfera modules are shipped separately, only the screwing together of the various components is required.
Is the product Made in Italy?
All SoldiDesign products are made in Italy: assembly takes place in Tuscany and printing in Lombardy. All components, from the small screw to the box, are purchased from suppliers located in Italy.
