Optional Form to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

The user may withdraw by completing the following form and sending it to info@soldidesignofficial.com before the withdrawal period expires:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

In case of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product to the seller without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after informing of their decision to withdraw. The consumer will bear only the direct cost of returning the product, unless the seller agrees to cover it. Returns are not allowed for non-consumers or for orders under €50.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
